The covers have a twofold purpose: to cover the piano, preventing accidental wear, tear and dust, as well as to look good while doing it. The covers are usually black with the logo of the piano maker on the side, but that is not always the case. Since they are form fit, they are not the cheapest accessories, but they are an investment into longevity. Good shopping habits and an eye for the sale will make sure your investment is worthwhile.
